Location: Somerset West, Helderberg, Job Type: Temporary. Accounts Clerk Required. (Temporary position Approx. 5 months). For an events company based in Somerset West Looking for a responsible, dedicated, prompt, honest and hard-working individual that can full fill the following requirements: Manage Debtors accounts. Responsible for Debtors Age analysis Issuing of statements. Resolve all problems pertaining to Debtors. Capturing of Debtors receipts daily (On Genhire) Creditors Capture invoices. Monthly reconciliation to Creditor statement.
Processing Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements and Petty Cash monthly on IQ. Vat Returns and submitting on e-filing. Balances cash on hand account by reconciling entries. General ledgers and Reconciling entries. Wages/Salaries. Admin Trial Balance. HR Following up payments prior to equipment dispatch.
Other requirements – for debtors/financial clerk: Matric/Grade 12 Certificate. Working experience with Debtors/financials an advantage. Working experience on IQ and/or Genhire an advantage. Computer literate. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. Good communication skills. Successful candidate must be deadline driven, logical and customer focused. Attention to detail is important Individual must reside in the Helderberg (Somerset West, Strand, Gordons Bay) area and have own transport.
