Receptionist and New Listing Administrator, Brisbane, Western Suburbs & Ipswich.

About the role: Ray White Ipswich is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced receptionist to join their expanding office and support the sales team.

This is a varied role which includes coordinating a large variety of administration tasks including but not limited to: Answering and forwarding incoming calls, Data entry, Collection or posting of mail, Registering/de-registering property keys. Preparation and processing of real estate documentation. Other general administration duties as directed by supervisor. The role will suit a professional junior seeking a full time position. Hours for this role would be Tuesday to Saturday. We seek a confident, friendly and highly competent individual seeking a challenge.

Essential requirements for the position are: Excellent and accurate computer skills, advanced Word, Excel and Publisher. Great communication skills both written and oral. Able to prioritise, work within tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Ability to work un-supervised and have excellent time management skills.
