Location: Gardens, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. Internal Sales/Counter Sales vacancy available for a company bases in Montague Gardens. Salary: R 10 000.00 per month. Job Type: Permanent.

Duties and Responsibility: Process Sales for retail store. Assist Customer with product advise and selection. Process quotation for customers. Follow up on quotes to receive the order, Follow up with supply chain on outstanding orders and feedback to customers. Contact customers telephonically orders. Ensure Retail store products is properly labelled and priced. Ensure store levels are maintained. Be involved in stock control and stock account , also being vigilant when customer are in the store prevent pilferage, Daily receipts recon. Check and GRN received stock in the store. General Office duties. Daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Required Skills: Customer service: 2 - 3 years experience. High attention to detail: 2 - 3 Years.  High level of accuracy: 2 - 3 years. Working with retail customers: 2 - 3 years.

Requirement: Smart appearance, articulate and well presented. Confident, helpful and polite. Work part of the branch team.
