Experience and skills: Minimum of 2 years’ previous sales experience. Have corporate industry contacts with conferencing needs. Have a basic understanding of DMC’s and the big players in the industry. Must be able to understand rates and negotiate business accordingly. Relationship driven – has good industry contacts. Goal orientated, go-get them attitude. Confident, comfortable when presenting or talking to large groups. Must be computer literate i.e. MS Office.

Main Responsibilities: Focus on corporate sales. Assist Sales Manager with DMC relationships. Liaise with Events Manager on leads and supports her in existing relationships. Create new contacts and relationships. Update the CRM. Assist in general Sales admin functions. Salary: R Market Related.
