Recruitment Consultant

This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and success hungry individual with a strong work and sales ethic. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy south Dublin office on a permanent/full time basis.

You are expected to act as a driving force and role model for internal team development while performing to the highest recruitment standards. This work is hugely enjoyable, rewarding and fun environment! The job involves a massive amount of variety, from sales to marketing, CV screening to interviewing, client visits to candidate care. The division that we are recruiting for in 2013 to date has billed just over €275k – with the real possibility to grow in 2014…

Education:                                                                                                                       
3rd level qualification ideally with deep subject matter expertise in recruitment circa 2/3 years.

Skill Requirements:

    * At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Sales, Recruitment or Technical discipline.
    * A proven track record of working to strict sales or activity targets.
    * Superior written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
    * Effective Time Management skills.
    * Must be ambitious, hardworking, sales focused and target driven.
    * Positive "can-do" aptitude.

Duties will include:

    * Conduct large amounts of phone interviews, shortlist suitable candidates for final interviews.
    * Execute sourcing strategies and projects to ensure longevity of business.
    * Seek feedback from business managers on candidates and calibrate interviewing.
    * Provide weekly status updates to the relevant team leader and business managers.
    * Participate in kick off discussions, sourcing strategy and interview feedback sessions, and other discussions when appropriate, to ensure on-going effective interviewing and sourcing activities.
