Permanent HR Generalist, Location: Other, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. My client, able to boast an enviable reputation in their specific arena, based in MONTAGUE GARDENS, CAPE TOWN endorsed by international affiliation, is in a current growth phase and now needs to retain the services of an HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST who has the following criteria:

DUTIES: Full function of hr, Create job profiles/specifications. Recruiting Compilation of Job descriptions. Training Contracts Maintenance of HR Files incl. of leave, compensation/other Performance appraisals Data analysis Ad hoc duties

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: Senior Certificate / Relevant Degree / 3 year Diploma. A clear credit and criminal record. A minimum of 5-6 years proven working experience in HR (preferably as a generalist). Exposure within International Arena. Proficient in full Microsoft package. Experience in hiring, induction, exit interviews, promotions, etc.

Solid experience in administration. Ability to work on own as part of team. Proficient in current Labour Law. Excellent organisation skills. Confidential. Policy and procedure driven. Critical listening skills endorsed by high emotional intelligence.
