Zoos Victoria has an exciting opportunity to join the Visitor Services team and really make a difference in fighting extinction.
About the role: We are looking for highly skilled Visitor Services Officers who will: Intrinsically put the visitor at the centre of everything they do. Consistently strive to exceed visitor expectations. Be self-motivated to achieve department targets. Be an ambassador for the Zoos Victoria brand and demonstrates passion in all aspects of their role. Have availability across the week including weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
Skills and experience: Is sales and results driven. Experience working in a fast paced, visitor centric environment. Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates initiative. Ability to follow direction. Experience managing visitor's expectations.
Successful applicants must be available: 7th of August 2019 assessment centre. 20th and 22nd of August 2019 for induction training. 17th of August to the 20th of September 2019 for on the job training. Throughout the September Holidays from 21st of September through to the 6th of October, 2019.
