Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time. Accountabilities: Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service as per incoming calls, emails and as allocated by team leader.       

Answering client queries and complaints. Adhere to Refund policy. Quick response according to service level agreement. Email and Telephone etiquette is a requirement, Capturing of data.
