What you need: You will have a proven history of dealing with HNW clients, closing deals, experience in the market as well as increasing sales volumes and profits. Convert prospective leads from a database of TV leads, conferences, marketing campaigns and online advertising into new clients. Build strong relationships with Accountants, Financial Planners to establish new business channels. Identify and generate client pipelines of your own through our networking events and functions. Work closely with Account set-up team & Dealers.

Necessary Skills: Strong closing skills with solid experience in a similar role. Proven record of successfully achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs. Sound knowledge of the stock market and the stockbroking industry. Tertiary qualification.

Remuneration: The most competitive base and commission structure. Successful candidates will receive a very generous base based on experience in the industry and existing track record. $60,000- $80,000 base, Uncapped Commissions. Commission on advisory fees - Commission on brokerage fees from each transaction generated.
