Medical Receptionist - Specialist Practice, Serviced Medical Suites Cairns, Cairns & Far North. Serviced Medical Suites is currently looking for a Casual Receptionist to work 2 - 3 days per week, across a Monday to Friday roster.

The role is varied, fast-paced and challenging! You will be supported by dedicated and caring managers who are invested in your success in the role. We are a team of positive, helpful, honest and hard working people; and we’re looking for someone who fits into that framework. Your duties will include the following: Meet and Greet: You will be the face of our business and expected to be friendly and professional with patients, doctors and other staff members.

Medical Software: You will need to learn and become proficient with Genie medical software.

General Administrative Duties: You will be expected to perform all normal medical admin duties along with any specific requirements of our doctors.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Medical Reception experience; preferably using Genie on an iMac. We are happy to train the right person though; hourly rate will be reflective of experience and suitability.
