Location: City Centre, Durban City, Job Type: Full-Time. We are looking to employ a self-motivated PHP Software Developer with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, specification, coding, testing and documentation of Software. The candidate should have at least 3 years’ PHP development experience with a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science.

Requirements: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science. 3 years’ experience. Solid experience in PHP. Experience in Codeigniter. Experience in HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery. Solid knowledge of and experience with MySQL and Relational Databases. Extensive Experience in programming. Be able to multi-task.

Advantageous: Mobile Application Development (React Native/Dart [Flutter]/ NodeJS/Firebase).

Duties: Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules. Work closely with the dev team to perform tasks such as building and editing scripts. Modifying and customizing existing code/applications bases. Maintain existing codebases. Attention to detail and quality is key. Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
