Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. Relevant tertiary qualification a big plus. Minimum 8 years experience as a Construction Foreman. Must have experience with large scale developments. Own transport. Contactable references.

Responsibility Duties: Setting out of site. Measuring. Ordering relevant materials. Fort nightly program reports. Overseeing all construction. Managing sub contractors. Overall site management.
