Salary: $11.50 to $12.50 Hourly for 14 hours per week, Other Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Security Guard basic (pre-assignment ) training program certificate, Security Guard Licence, CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting: Private security agency
Type of Assignments: Foot patrol, Patrol post, Roving patrol
Specific Skills: Enforce regulations of establishments, Resolve conflict situations, Maintain order, Use telecommunications (i.e. two-way radio, cell phone, pager), Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures, Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed, Attend to persons with special needs, Respond to alarms, bomb threats and other emergencies, Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism, Write reports
Security and Safety: Bondable, Enhanced reliability security clearance, Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Walking
Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Public transportation is available
