ETDP SETA - Early Childhood Development & Occupationally Directed Education Training & Development ICB - various programmes in Accounting & Bookkeeping MERSETA - 3 Engineering Programmes ICDL Department Of Higher Education & Training - Private TVET College & Examination Centre SERVICES SETA PROJECTS - 14 in total - project manage the various projects to final completion

Core Duties & Responsibilities: Open and close the college Mon-Fri 08h00-16h30 & Saturdays from 08h00-12h00. Maintain security (alarm) and manage staff and sign off the attendance register. Discipline staff where appropriate. Recommend staff for dismissal for ongoing & serious transgressions. Ensure ongoing enrolment and meet daily sales and collection targets - this is the most important criteria for this job. Maintain high levels of student satisfaction - class  walk-ins, formal and informal student surveys and also implement monitoring on all academic programmes and academic deliverables are met as per the programme and within the requirement and allocated timeframes. Conduct daily 15 minutes meetings each day - establish objectives for the day - before closing for   the day have another 15 minutes meeting and establish what objectives were met, and where they were not met, reasons thereof - minutes of these meetings must be emailed to the CEO daily

Conduct once a month meeting reporting on new enquiries, new sales, amounts banked; HR issues; Academic Issues; IT; problems encountered; corrective actions taken etc. Ensure minimum enrolment of 60 full time students for the 2nd semester starting 1 July - a 3 month probationary period will be applicable. No chancers please - only candidates who meet the above criteria need apply with solid track records  & proven experience in the field - we are looking for    an all rounder to manage and run the college in a professional manner and the college must be viable to sustain its operations.
