Location: Johannesburg CBD, Johannesburg. Job Type: Full-Time, The time has come to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead and support the HR function, to add value to all people processes and grow and strengthen the culture.
Responsibilities: Develop and align consistent HR policies and procedures across the all dealerships. Work closely with managers to support recruitment and talent acquisition. Employee induction and on-boarding. Ensure all people related policies and procedures are best practice and consistently executed across the business. Employment relations – performance management, annual review process, general HR advisory and support to managers and staff. Support culture and engagement.
Requirements: A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline. Proven HR generalist experience across the human resources spectrum, preferably in a commercial organization. Extensive experience advising managers on people resource matters. Broad knowledge and understanding of current HR management concept, practices and legislation. Superb relationship building and people skills and demonstrated ability to interact with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds. Highly developed communication skills – written, listening and speaking. Proven capacity to effectively work alongside a motivated management team. Sound organisational, time management and HR administrative skills. Salary: R35 000
