Location: City Centre, Durban City, Job Type: Full-Time.

Requirements: Must have atleast 5 years experience in Debt Collections in Legal Collection Firm. (NOT Call centre experience). Must have experience and knowledge in the full legal process from Letter of Demand, AOD, Summons , obtaining of Judgment , Garnishee and Writ. Must be able to draft all documents in support of No.2 above. Must be able have past Experience in dealing wit Sheriff of the courts. Must have excellent telephone manners and writing skills. Must have Matric + Diploma or similar will be an advantage, but not essential. Must be available immediately. Salary; R8500.00 + Benefits + High monthly Incentives.
