Retail Managers EL, Location: East London, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time. Retail Managers / East London required with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail to lead and maintain excellent Store Standards and Sales Targets.

Minimum Requirements: Matric/Senior Certificate. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Previous Management Experience. Ability to work Retail Hours. Valid Driver’s License and own transport. Basic HR knowledge. Experience in Food Retail advantageous.

The suitable Candidate must be: Well Presented, neat and organized. Able to Manage conflict situations. Excellent problem-solving skills. Self-Driven. Must be able to work under pressure. Able to build and maintain Customer and Supplier relations. Able to manage staff effectively. Salary: R18k + Store performance-based incentives.
