Office / Administration Assistant, Drains Kleen.
About the business and the role: Our team is seeking an employee to assist our Office Manager, book keeping, scheduling work for field staff, answering calls, invoicing, helping with daily tasks and helping to service customers.
Our plumbing company is expanding quickly and the right fit is crucial. Hourly rate to be determined based on experience. Immediate start, 5 days week 30-40hrs
Job tasks and responsibilities: Follow direction from directors and office manager to ensure the smooth running of the business. Book / confirm / re-arrange jobs Have the employees got everything they need for the next day - (Printed Plans / equip / info about job)
Liaise with employees in the field and customers. - Calling clients - Following up post job / Quotes. Follow up unpaid debtors, check emails, Input expenses. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company that is driven to provide our clients with the best.
Skills and experience: You will need to demonstrate a mature mind and be eager to work with the team. Ideally you will also have a happy disposition and be attentive to detail. We are in the plumbing / Civil drainage industry, so any prior experience in this field would be beneficial but not crucial. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a great phone manner intermediate skills with the MS Word, good time management, be a quick learner well organised.
