Commercial Coordinator, Shafaq International Trading, Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Admin Employment Type: Full Time.
Liaising with local market clients regarding orders and shipments and follow up if there are any discrepancies. Check orders versus stock and average monthly sales. Enter all orders onto the system and summarize the data in Excel format and analyse and compare it with the budget and YTD results. Regular update of Purchase Orders in coordination with the marketing coordinator. Follow up payments with clients and ensure payment is on time.
Requirements: Candidates should have excellent analytic skills, a high attention to detail, be able to multi task and be proficient in all MS Office skills especially Excel. You will be presentable and be a good communicator and be able to work to tight deadlines. Experience in the retail sector would be an advantage but not essential.
Experience of working with sales budgets and forecasts, shipping orders and stock is essential and you must be able to analyse data and present reports of the findings.
