Reception and Administration Assistant, Mackay & Coalfields. The Hornery Group are seeking a Reception & Administration Assistant to join our team in Moranbah. Working Monday to Friday you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all enquiries while helping the Finance Department and General Managers with general administrative duties and data entry.
Responsibilities include: Responding, assisting and directing all phone enquiries. Support with general administrative tasks, including but not limited to; flight and accommodation bookings, collecting supplier quotes, raising and distributing purchase orders.
Data entry for both Accounts Receivable and Payable in Microsoft Excel and MYOB accounting system. Assisting the General Manager and Accounts Assistant with customer quoting and tendering when required. Working with the Accounts Assistant to organise staff housing and liaise with specific Real estate agents and employees.
Mail collection and distribution: Responsible for maintaining and ordering office supplies and stationary. Archiving, scanning, naming and filing all documents to the HTG one drive.
The ideal Candidate will have: Experience in Administration. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task. Experience in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in MYOB preferred but not essential.
