Permanent A corporate tax advisor company is looking for a LinkedIn Social Media Appointment Expert to work from home on a full-time basis.
Purpose of the position: The day-to-day running of LinkedIn accounts; making contact and forming relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Responsibilities and duties: Forms a key component to initial and continual liaising with owners of the LinkedIn accounts. Booking phone conversations for the owners of the accounts. Adding appointments to relevant calendars - using Google and Outlook calendars. Entering details of each appointment in the relevant customer relationship management software (CRM). Speaking to leads on the phone if needed. Emailing and texting leads if needed. Confirming appointments booked the day of the meeting.
Populating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with relevant info the customer may communicate during the course of a call. Following up with potential clients after seminars.
Requirements: Availability to work during (EST) office hours. Computer with a stable internet connection. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Remuneration: R12,000 per month. Must be available to start immediately.
