Location: Morningside, Durban City, Job Type: Full-Time. This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a fast growing IT solution provider based in the centre of Durban, Smith Street. The company focuses on Network and Systems Management solutions and Consultancy Services.
The ideal candidate will need to have a flexible attitude, be prepared to work to tight deadlines, with changing priorities, and enjoy the challenges of working in a demanding role. Would suit school or College leaver looking for an entry level position with full training prospects.
Duties and Responsibilities: Office Support. Answering telephone calls, managing post, reception duties, processing purchase orders, Diary and Bookings Management.
Sales Administration. Database management, data cleansing, creating projects and tasks
Travel Management. Managing travel arrangements, travel investigation for complex travel, visa arrangements.
Facilities Management. Looking after building maintenance and facilities, liaising with suppliers and coordinating. Accounts Administration. Basic Bookkeeping, dealing with expenses, raising purchase orders (training provided).
Admin Tasks: Health and Safety, Marketing and assisting Office Manager with projects etc.
Core Competencies, Experience and Education Skills: A good level of numeracy - Experience of basic accounts is desirable. Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages. Ability to establish and maintain effective administration processes. Excellent Organisational and time management skills. Previous use of Excel.
Benefits: Pension, Private HealthCare, Parking. Salary - R15000 Per Month - Contract to Permanent. Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm.
