Admin and Office All Rounder, Sydney, South West & M5 Corridor. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Admin/office all rounder to join our construction company in Moorebank. The position is on a part time basis for 3 days (with the possibility of 4days). The hours are 10am - 2pm Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (School Hours).
Your role will be to perform duties involved in/with daily administrative and basic accounts functions: General office duties (all rounder). Accounts receivable / accounts payable (MYOB). Site Induction registers, purchase orders, filing, collation of dockets, plus adhoc duties. Assisting other staff as required. Immediate Start.
To carry out your role, the desired skills and experience include: Previous experience working in the Construction Industry would be desirable but not necessary. Solid computing skills (i.e.MS Excel & Word). MYOB experience preferable. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Excellent communication and time management. Attention to detail. Willingness to learn new things.
