FT Position with benefits, Mon.-Frid., 8:30 am-5:00 PM, located in Lloydminster and will start as soon as the right candidate is found.
He/She must have: Excellent organizational, prioritizing and time management skills; Superior communication skills both verbally and written;
Superior interpersonal skills with both clients and candidates; Strong work-ethic with a get the job done attitude; Self-motivated and be able to work with little supervision however performs tasks in continuous consultation with team/owner.
Be able to work as part of a team; Acceptable with willingness to change as necessary; Certain degree of creativity and latitude to think outside the box; High degree of knowledge of standards, concepts, practices and procedures for Saskatchewan, Alberta and Federal labour laws;
Make sound decisions with honesty, integrity and according to Labour Standards; Conducts, continuous learning participates and maintains up to date knowledge of labour standards understanding in SK/AB and Federal regulations.
Job Description:
For both temporary contracts and permanent placements; recruits, advertises, screens, interviews, checks references, makes offers/contract agreements, and conducts orientation for new employees;
Keeps accurate and up to date records;
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions as well as identify changes to have processes run efficiently and accurately;
Advises management on contract agreements and may handle employee grievances;
Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status;
Modify/adjust/add documents as required as a regular or yearly basis;
Assist other members of the team when required.
Will consider summer student for experience then hire permanent at end of summer.
