Responsibilities: Fixed list of food preparation Deep cleaning of the kitchen after service. Willing to work a graveyard shift. 11pm-8am. Dual responsibility of deep cleaning the kitchen, overseeing any maintenance services (grease trap, ecology unit, AC maintenance, pest control) and doing prep works. Salary Package: 3000-4000dhs Preferred nationality: Sri Lankan male, Indian male, Nepalese male.

Experience required: No less than 2-3 years in commercial kitchens. Job title: unsure as it is a dual role. Night shift prep cook perhaps.
