We are looking for individuals who have; An excellent customer service focus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Impressive listening skills that identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to customer enquiries. Intermediate computer skills and typing 35wpm. Be available to work Full Time Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. Australian Citizenship and the ability to pass a security clearance is required. Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm. Call Centre experience is not required, we will provide excellent training.
