Buyer's Assistant Commission Only, Location: East London, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Contract. I am a very successful real estate agent in East London and more specifically the Gonubie area. I am looking for a Buyer's Assistant to help me provide all of my buyer's with excellent service. As much as I will give you leads to work with, your success will be greatly increased if you source your own leads as well. This is a commission only position with an excellent commission structure. The only draw back is that it can up to 3 months for a property to register. It is only once a property has registered that you will get your money. It is imperative that you have your own vehicle as you will be showing clients houses that are on the market. To be successful in this position you need to be determined and persistent. You need to be able to support yourself and pay your monthly expenses for a period of at least 6 months. However once you have started selling and earning, your potential to earn a very good income is unlimited.
