Part Time Administration Officer, Western Environmental (VIC) Pty Ltd, Melbourne, CBD & Inner Suburbs. Based in North Melbourne, Western Environmental is a specialist environmental consultancy that draws on the combined experience of our environmental professionals. We service a major project portfolio in infrastructure, land development and industrial sectors and well as aviation and defence projects.
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Administration individual to join a small but growing fast-paced, energetic and motivated team. Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with an Administrative Services Manager, your key responsibilities will be: Reception and customer service: Attend to administrative duties and provide support to the Office Manager and Environmental professionals where required. Scheduling and administrative support in the delivery of HSEQ training and inductions. Input and upload training records for personnel. Maintain accurate records and filing systems including HSEQ registers Invoicing support. Accounts payable and receivable tasks within XERO and other software Data entry.
This challenging role will require somebody with 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role and environment. Ideally you will have proficient experience in XERO and HSEQ experiences will be viewed favourably. You must be looking for part-time hours of 20 hours a week across 5 days and have a flexible attitude. You will have strong attention to detail and be a competent user of the Microsoft Suite. Further to this, you will also be a strong communicator, have the ability to work autonomously and remain highly confidential with certain aspects of your role.
