Veterinary Receptionist, Collaroy Plateau Veterinary Hospital, Sydney, North Shore & Northern Beaches. With all her purring, meowing and generally regal behaviour, Butternut has decided to expand her empire. She is now looking for another hooman to answer her every beck and call. No, really, she treats everyone as her minions. Just to be clear, Butternut is the feline princess/diva/pseudo-owner of our Veterinary Hospital.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a seasoned Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Whilst experience in the Veterinary industry isn't a requirement, ideally we're looking for someone who can: Greet all clients & patients with warmth, enthusiasm, and pats (for the patients), and be able to chat at length about the minutiae of a furbaby's life. Manage multiple phone lines and triage appointment bookings - triage training will be provided. Assist with admin work such as responding to emails, organising vaccination reminders, and pet insurance paperwork. Cash and payment management.
