ISP Call Desk Support Technician, Location: Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane, Job Type: Full-Time. A large, dynamic National ISP is looking for a qualified and experienced call centre technicians to maintain it’s growing customer support desk. Specifically you will be assisting clients with elementary fault checks and advising them on how to use their services.
Prerequisites: High level of computer literacy, basic electrical knowledge, knowledge of Cambium, Mikrotik, Ubiquity or similar Wi-Fi products. Some knowledge of fibre installations will be an added advantage.
You must have worked in a technical capacity at an ISP for at least 6 months. Must be fluent in English and understand Afrikaans. Salary: +/- R20 000 pm depending on experience.
