Recruitment are recruiting for a Body Shop & Vehicle Adjustment Supervisor from within the Automotive industry. 5 years minimum experience in Automotive in a similar role in the Body Shop and technical area. Minimum Requirements: The Employee should perform a variety of technical duties and be able to support the production line in the assembly supervisory process. Hours of work will be between 07H30 -17H00 Qualifications and behavioural competencies: Matric and tertiary technical qualification and experience as a Diesel Mechanic Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic, Electrical background would be advantageous. Communication in English - written and verbal compulsory.

Should have high attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. Good knowledge on technical vehicles parts. Proactive, Disciplined, Task Focussed, Team-Player. Good time and attendance record Respect for team-members and Managers. Leadership skills Must be able to work independently Administrative / report writing skills. Key Performance Areas (KPA’s).
