Salary: 2,000 To 3,500 Monthly (AED)
We are currently searching for Chef de Partie (Pastry) to join our Culinary team. In this position, you willbe ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests. You will ensure that all operational requirements are
identified and will be providing direction to all the kitchen helpers including commis chefs, and kitchen attendants in pastry.You will ensure that all operational requirements are identified and will be providing direction to all the kitchen helpers including demi chefs, commis chefs, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards. In addition, you will communicate to your Head Outlet Chef any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant informationand will have to attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
