Administration Assistant, Gold Coast, Salary, $40,000 - $59,999.

We are seeking a focused full-time administration assistant to join our dynamic team.
About the role: This is a key role in our firm with a variety of administrative support duties which include but not limited to: Collation and lodgement of taxation documents. Database maintenance. Making appointments. Answering phones. General reception duties. You will have successfully completed certificate 3 in business administration (or similar) and have at least 2 years’ experience as a receptionist/administrator in a professional office preferably an Accounting office.
You will have very good computer skills, eye for detail and accuracy is imperative, be organised and work efficiently, ability to follow procedures, work efficiently, professionally presented, and have a strong willingness to assist clients and fellow staff members. The duties may include but not limited to: looking after the reception and office areas, telephones, mail, document management, client data base management, ASIC compliance, tax lodgements and supporting the staff and clients.
