Real Estate Assistant and Secretary Camps Bay, Location: Camps Bay, Atlantic Seaboard, Job Type: Full-Time. We are looking for a committed person to join our small dynamic team and assist with various tasks relating to our busy property portfolio. It is important that the applicant has secretarial experience and a good IT working knowledge, especially in Word & Excel, with Corel Draw or other graphics programs being of benefit.
The position incorporates varied tasks from front office duties to assisting agents out of office, so a drivers licence is essential and own car advantageous. It also is extremely important in this business that one is well groomed & eloquent.
