Production Coordinator (Pietermaritzburg), Location: Pietermaritzburg, Midlands, Job Type: Full-Time. Our client in the FMCG food industry requires a Production Co-ordinator to join their plant in Pietermaritzburg.

You will need to have a Diploma or Degree in Operations Management and 3-5 years production management experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment (preferably perishable foods) You will be responsible for ensuring consistent quality, process, methods and labour within the plant. You will need sound knowledge of HACCP, health & safety, manufacturing principles, KPI's, Excel and an ERP system.

Salary R25 000.00 - R30 000.00 working 6 days per week (overtime will be required)
