Job Key Details: Respond to all telephone calls. Assist in office organization, documentation and front office customer service. Set up and follow up on procedures for record keeping of correspondence and file movement. Follow up on contractual compliance. Handle potential variations and claims. Respond to client inquiries and complaints. Evaluate contractors’ claims. Maintain security, integrity and confidentiality of the information. Draft documentation for potential future arbitration hearings.
Assess interfacing packages’ tender conditions along with other documents and offer guidance to the management. Undertake any other relevant task. Job Qualifications and Experience. Should hold a relevant Bachelors degree. Minimum three to five years of practical experience in the same field. Should be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Expertise in the use of computer packages including a good typing speed
Must be a problem solver. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Should be presentable, proactive with an outgoing personality. Excellent working attitude and the ability to give and take instructions.
