About the Role: The Project Coordinator is expected to successfully deliver and integrate defined community projects within scope, budget and time frames to internal and external stakeholders. The projects developed will create meaningful work for participants attending activities, they will ensure clients are trained and become ready and qualified for future employment.
To be Successful We are looking for an organised and motivated candidate with: Relevant trade qualifications. Strong ability to motivate and lead small teams with empathy and positivity. Ability to work with unemployed and disadvantaged jobseekers. Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to provide a high level of service and communication to all colleagues. Proven ability to work well in a small team and demonstrated capacity to self-manage commitments and deadlines and solve routine problems. Good oral and written communication skills. Significant experience in a client service role including experience in managing conflict. Proven ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds. A knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety principles and practices.
Manage control asset register. Preferable LR- HR Licence. Working with Children’s and National Police Clearance or willing to obtain. About working at Ironbark. Company vehicle. Generous remuneration. 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading. A full position description is available below.
