Personal/Admin Assistant, Location: Umhlanga, North Suburbs. A financial services provider is looking for an energetic female to fill the above position. The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
All admin/reception duties: Client liaison, Managing of director’s diary. Basic accounting functions. Arrange client seminars.
Requirements: Must have good manners, be presentable and be well spoken. Must be able to communicate well. Must have good typing skills. Must be computer literate. Must be punctual Must be able to give attention to detail. Must also be able to work without supervision. Experience will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite. Must be methodical, systematic and trustworthy.
