Manager - retail store chain (Cows Celebration Zone)

Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, On Call, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening

Salary: $13.50 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: 2014/06/20

Location: Downtown Celebration Zone, Prince Edward Island (1 vacancy)

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university

Experience: Will train

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Inventory control software, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less, Staff in various areas of responsibility
