Experience & Skills: Computer Literate, Safety and security elements, CCTV, Operational management, Strategic planning and management, Budget setting, Budget controls, Income statement / budget reporting, Staff management, Staff development, Staff disciplinary procedure (through to hearing level), Incident investigation procedures and related report written.
