Virtualization Engineer, Attract People, Brisbane QLD. Our Client: Our Client is a well known Australian technology company providing Data centre, Networking and Cloud solutions.

About You: In your role at iseek you will be responsible for all facets of the Cloud infrastructure platform. You will: Work as a cohesive part of the Cloud and fellow teams to deliver innovative solutions. Collaborate, guide and mentor fellow team members. Communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements. Implement full end to end solutions. Design, document and implement full end to end solutions. Support and maintain existing production systems. Identify areas for improvement in existing solutions and work with your team leader to document and plan for their replacement. Participate in an on-call roster. Skills and Experience

You will possess the following to be successful in this role: 5+ years experience in VMware virtualised infrastructure environments. Experience with storage and virtualisation technologies and vendors. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated and with a track record of learning on the job.

The position would be ideally suited to you if you have experience or interest in the following specific technologies: VMWare & virtualization, Storage administration, Virtualised backup solutions, Scripting, Microsoft, Linux and open source software, Understanding of system and network administration.
