Sydney, Parramatta &  Western Suburbs, Accounts Receivables, Office admin / Accounts Receivable, Immediate start, Location: North Parramatta, Fast Paced and Varied Role. An Australia wide company is looking for the next dynamic member to join their team. Located in North Parramatta, this position has been newly created due to the rapid growth the company is experiencing.

Along with the standard accounts functions of the role you will be required to keep up-to-date our Database ie; call customers check and verify email addresses / postal addresses for invoices to be forwarded to/follow up quotations by telephone etc.

Duties will include; Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team Accounts Receivables two years experience within an accounts receivable. Strong collections experience. Excellent verbal communication skill. You will be required to have the following skills; a strong customer service approach with good communication skills. Extensive computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft office and database programs. Excellent phone manner and people skills. Excellent verbal English communication standards multi-task experience. Strong work ethics The position will be full or part  time, however the company is flexible to accommodate the right candidate.
