Trinity College Colac is a co-educational Catholic Secondary College with an enrolment of 750 students To Commence In June 2019.

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified or experienced administrators for the role of: Administration Officer, College Registrar and Data Management (Full time, 12-month parental leave replacement, with the possibility of an ongoing part time position) If you have an attention to detail, excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a successful team then this role is for you!!

The College Registrar co-ordinates the process of enrolments into the College and out of the College.

The Data Management function of this role ensures all data functions of the College Learning Management System (SIMON) and relevant sections of the finance package (SAS) are maintained and all external requirements of assessment and reporting are facilitated as required by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority.
