Logistics Coordinator-Customer Service, Beston Global Food Company, Riverland & Murray Mallee. Based at our Murray Bridge production facility, we are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
The key responsibilities for the role include: Being the first point of contact for Customers and the Sales Team in regards to Order Fulfilment, queries and complaints. Acting as the internal connection between the customer, the production companies and the sales team. The Picking and Packing of retail orders. Logistics related administrative duties (data-entry into SAP, Sales Order creation etc).
Preferred Skills and Experience: Logistics/Warehousing qualifications and experience desired. Customer service experience desired. Experience with SAP or other ERP/ MRP systems. Administrative skills and computer literacy. Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
