Mechanical And Electrical Engineer For Facility Management In Dubaia. Mechanical Engineer – Facility Management Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8 years relevant experience with 3-5 years Supervisory Experience. Should be familiar with standards of regulatory bodies as applicable to operational contracts including ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, DM, EHS. Involve in Construction HVAC Design and approval stage. Involve in handing Over HVAC Works Including Testing and Commissioning Responsibilities. Ability to analyze/oversee installation, service and maintenance works of all Refrigeration & Air conditioning equipment/systems within the assigned operational area. Ability to provide guidance & oversee troubleshooting of system failures on all types of lager capacity Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems as and when required. Decision Making Skills and Ownership and Accountability. Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written). Valid UAE driving license good working knowledge of computerized maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)B. Electrical Engineer – Facility Management. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Ability to provide guidance troubleshooting of system failures on all types of lager Electrical Installations as and when require • Involve in Construction Electrical Design and approval stage. Involve in handing Over HVAC Works Including Testing and Commissioning Responsibilities. Monitor & oversee Electrical Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance. Monthly review of PM tasks planed vs actual and provide update report of achievement to Senior Manager with reasons and remedial actions for any pending tasks Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) Possessing a valid UAE driving license. Good working knowledge of computerized maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be an added qualification.
