Customer Care Staff, Location: Other, Southern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time, Purpose of Position: Ensuring that the customer has a pleasant experience while visiting our store and ensuring the customer is assisted swiftly.
Educational Competencies: Matric, 1 year experience in a similar role, Tertiary qualification advantageous.
Behavioural Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, Time management, Adaptability, Negotiation and presentation skills.
Duties and Responsibility: Being courteous and professional with all customers. Checking with customers if their order has already been places before processing a duplicate order. Repeating the order to the customer and then processing all orders accurately in Evolution. Follow up with warehouse to ensure that customer has collected their stock.
Ensure work area is clean and safe. Informing customers of new products and available stock. Provide customers with quotation and attending to customers queries. Inform customers about special promotions.
