Admin / Research Analyst Required – Dubai, Apply in confidence IF: You have Min. 3 + years’ Experience in Administration. You are – University Graduate / Degree – Masters preferred. Reporting directly to Managing Director and Sales Manager. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/ data systems Support and sell products and services, enhance client relationships and satisfaction and ultimately achieve revenue targets.

Undertake various research projects and advise management for changes and continuous improvements: Research objectives / subjects broadly can be: Market / Marketing research. Business process / operations research. Search new scopes and areas for the products and services. Prepare methodologies, questionnaires, write and discuss proposals in accordance and compliance with client needs.

Prepare budgets for each project in conjunction with the field manager and instruct the finance department regarding invoicing. Prepare field work instructions and sample structures for each project in conjunction with field manager. Prepare coding and punching instructions and tabulation specifications for ERP / CRM and data analysis. Check and approve final tables, prepare written report as required. Send weekly project updates reports Marketing research is needed on a continual to keep up with the latest market trends and gain a competitive edge in the business.

Qualifications and Skills: University degree in Marketing, Economics or any related field. Masters Preferred. 3 -5 years years of experience in Administration. Strong analytical mind. Excellent in maths and numerical skills. Good organisational, time Managements skills. Excellent Presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Computer Literate. Comfortable with servicing customers and learning analysis and techniques. Good knowledge of the characteristics of the relevant markets. Awareness of the client’s needs.
