Requirements: A minimum of 10 years commercial experience in managerial position. Must have current experience as General Manager. Must be a post graduate in Business Management. Must have experience from Beauty Industry. Female candidate is must.

Job Responsibility: Overseeing the brand's overall management, operations, development and expansion plans. Coordinating the major rebranding and refit of the Spa. To analyse trends and innovations of Spa, Review of new products, and alignment with brand offering. Annual strategy for brand growth, analysing market competition and sector growth. Evaluation of brand performance, outlet performance and team capabilities. Providing operational direction and strategic development for the brand, including complete brand revision and implementation. Overseeing of expansion plans across the region, and assessing growth in individual markets. Initiating new relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure best product, at best price point. Responsible for recruitment of team members from across the globe. Responsible for licensing and approval of therapists, including assessment and on boarding of new recruits
