Inbound Call Centre – Retentions, Kelly Services – Perth. The Company Our client is a national utilities company offering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service to all of their customers. Their state of the art offices are based in Perth CBD just a 3 minute walk from Perth Station. They are looking for 4-5 experienced call centre operators (ideally with retentions experience). Opening hours for the call centre are 7am - 7pm and you will be placed on a rotating roster (e.g. 7am - 3pm, 9am - 5pm, 11am - 7pm). The occasional Saturday morning (8am - 12pm) will be required. Hourly rate: $26.40 + Super (plus penalty rates for any overtime)
The Role / Duties: Answering all inbound calls from customers that are looking for new deals/ or to leave. Responding to any cancellation requests. Managing a high volume of incoming calls. Meeting KPI’s (call quality, AHT etc.) Providing fantastic customer service. Other administration duties as required. Ideal Skills & Experience: Minimum of 12 months call centre/ high volume inbound customer service experience (ideally around retentions or objection handling). Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills. Personable and able to negotiate. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with a wide range of people in different capacities.
