Guest Services Officer / Receptionist, Club Southside, Brisbane, CBD & Inner Suburbs, Guest Services Officer / Receptionist. Newly renovated Club, Full-time position (38 hours/week). Located in Mount Gravatt, Club Southside is a popular community based organisation that provides a unique facility to our members and guests with a primary focus on contributing to the local community.  We have recently re-opened following a $15 million renovation.

Due to growth, an opportunity has become available for a full-time Guest Services Attendant to join the Club Southside Guest Services team. This position has the responsibility of being the face of our wonderful Club.

Key responsibilities will include: Greeting all guests; checking, maintaining and driving membership applications. Providing the next level of customer service; answering questions, resolving complaints & exceeding customer expectations. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to legislation and Club protocol. Answering phone enquiries. Taking bookings. To be successful in this role, you will have a vibrant, bubbly and enthusiastic attitude towards delivering exceptional levels of customer service. Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage. This position is full-time, working 38 hours per week across 7 days; primarily evening shifts.
